If your company is on Facebook, keep your posts short. In a recent study by Buddy Media, they uncovered that posts with 80 characters or less have a 27% higher engagement rate. They also reported, “posts with instructions such as ‘like,’ ‘post,’ ‘take’ and ‘comment,’ tend to work best.” Also, posts with a question at the end of them stir up stronger response rates.
