A student-run Toronto station faces big trouble due to programming and control issues
The CRTC is investigating Ryerson University campus station CKLN-FM (88.1). The CKLN Radio Incorporated-owned station is subject of nearly two years worth of complaints about who is actually in charge, who had access to the CKLN transmitter site, and the programming. The CRTC report claims the licensee failed to supply aircheck tapes as requested, failed to respond to agency inquiries, and failed to file two years' worth of annual returns.
