Alan Burns: “Online music streamers are not eroding radio usage"
Alan Burns & Associates is ready to present the results of its second annual survey of female listeners to AC and CHR. Burns is offering the first of four free webinars tomorrow (7/21). One of the study's findings: “Women who pay for music streams actually report listening to radio slightly more than most women, on a daily basis. These are music lovers, and it looks like the more ways they have to listen to music, the more time they spend doing it.” The study of 2,000 listeners to AC and CHR radio posed questions about radio, digital and social media, and personal priorities. The DMR-sponsored Alan Burns & Associates webinar is July 21 at 2pm Eastern time, with registration here.
