In the wake of country KUPL (98.7) morning man Lee Rogers’ announced retirement, his co-host Alana Lynn has been told she will be terminated effective Dec. 4, according to the Web site Oregon Media Central. Morning show producer Sam Thompson also recently departed from the station. In related news, the site reports that parent company Alpha Broadcasting also recently turfed the morning and afternoon shows at sister station “Rock 101” KUFO – the Rick Emerson Show and Cort & Fatboy.
