Apple Opens Hong Kong Store (For Real)
This past Saturday, Apple Inc. opened its first store in Hong Kong. The company has seen many bootleg stores open through the country of China and through Asia for that matter, Apple now has it eyes set on stopping such illegal activities. An Apple spokesperson explains that this new store "offers one of the world's largest areas for Personal Setup, Apple's popular free service that helps customers get up and running with their new [Apple device] before they leave the store." The company explains that this is their attempt to help ease any anxiety that may be associated with Apple and the bootleg equipment that is flooding the Asian market. Another Apple store opened earlier last week in Shanghai.Previous and Next Stories
