Atlanta's "Groove 105.7" welcomes Duncan Payton as PD
With the new “Groove 105.7” WWVA-FM in place, Clear Channel brings Duncan Payton on board to serve as PD, and to handle on air duties at the rhythmic AC Groove. Clear Channel flipped former Spanish “Viva” WWVA to “Groove” in October. Previously, Duncan has programmed KHGS/KOAS and KMXB/KMZQ Las Vegas, KMYI/XHRM San Diego, and KRUZ Santa Barbara. He’s also worked on air in Los Angeles, Riverside, and Tulsa. Discuss it on the Atlanta Board.
