Automakers Mazda & Aston Martin sign deals with Clear Channel's Total Traffic
The Total Traffic deal with automaker Aston Martin puts real-time traffic information in all its 2010 models. The more interesting deal is with Mazda, which puts Total Traffic inside the 2010 Mazda CX-9 SUV, and creates a new inroad with Mazda, joining BMW, MINI, Volvo and now Aston Martin. Total Traffic also reached an important milestone, surpassing over 125 million users, spanning broadcast, mobile and in-vehicle devices. Total Traffic SVP Lance Locher says, “In just two years, we’ve doubled our contracts with automotive OEMs, expanded our coverage area, and increased the number of RDS and HD markets.”
