Bill Clark tapped to control the new KFWB trust in Los Angeles
Day-to-day operations for the KFWB-AM (980) trust in Los Angeles will be given to former Shamrock Broadcasting executive Diane Sutter, says LARadio.com. Sutter will oversee KFWB on behalf of trustee Bill Clark. He says “She’s my former executive vp at Shamrock. She’ll be doing all the coordination with KFWB, but I have the ultimate responsibility,” Clark tells LARadio.com. KFWB is being placed in a trust after parent company CBS Radio found itself above the FCC market limits on ownership following its 2002 purchase of a second TV station.
