Bob Moore new president of Norm Pattiz' "Courtside Entertainment Group"
The "Courtside" name of this company whose interests include the syndicated "Loveline" derives from Pattiz' fondness for the L.A. Lakers and his usual seat. Westwood One founder Pattiz ("PAT-iz") and Bob Moore worked together at Westwood, when Moore ran Westwood's onetime radio station group, including "Pirate Radio" KQLZ, Los Angeles. Now Pattiz says "Bob Moore is a one-of-a-kind guy...I have no doubt that Bob will make a huge contribution to Courtside, the radio business, and platforms yet to be discovered."The Courtside Entertainment Group "produces and finances multi-platform, quality programming to media outlets worldwide." Its properties include Loveline with Dr. Drew, Mike & Simone, The One-Minute Clinic with Dr. Drew, various Bill O'Reilly specials, and the Rolling Stones 50th Anniversary Special. Veteran Bob Moore previously ran stations in Los Angeles for companies like Greater Media, CBS, Citadel and Cumulus.
