Both the Wall Street Journal and NPR developing special apps for Apple's iPad

Both NewsCorp, the parent of the Wall Street Journal, and National Public Radio are working fast to develop apps for the soon-to-be released Apple iPad. MediaMemo is reporting that viewers to the Wall Street Journal website will be able to click on an iPad-specific, Flash-free page. NPR is building a version of their website specifically for iPad users. The iPad is set to debut on April 3.
