Bubba the Love Sponge files a lawsuit over a sex tape
Tampa’s Bubba the Love Sponge Clem has filed a suit against porn star Devon James, alleging that she’s trying to peddle a sex tape, for which Bubba claims he is owed some profits. TampaBay.com says back in March, James appeared on Bubba’s show to discuss her alleged tryst with golf star Tiger Woods. Bubba claims that James signed a deal giving the him “exclusive rights to release all information relating to the alleged affair and a cut of any profits, in exchange for $3,500.” Bubba now says James is trying to sell the sex tape allegedly showing acts between her and Woods, and not cutting Bubba in on the profits. James had claimed previously that the golf star was the father of her daughter, an allegation exposed by the website RadarOnline.com as having no merit.
