Chris Berry, GM at Disney's "ESPN 710" in Los Angeles, has left
LARadio.com is reporting that the longtime ABC executive has “left the 710 headquarters”, and that “operations and programming executives from back East are in town” to inform the staff about Berry’s resignation. He left Citadel talker WMAL, Washington (630) in January 2009 to take over all-sports KSPN in Los Angeles. Before that he had programmed in Chicago (all-news WBBM-AM) and been general manager/radio operations for ABC News and then VP at ABC News Radio. He took over as GM for then-ABC-owned WMAL in the fall of 2002.
