Chris Carson Launches Yellow Drum Media
Former Debut Broadcasting producer, script writer and voice talent Chris Carson has has formed Yellow Drum Media, which is producing two syndicated radio programs centered around the Texas/Red Dirt music scene: "The Texas 10" and "The Red Dirt Countdown." Both two-hour shows are offered as plain-wrapped versions for local radio personalities, or hosted by country KASE Austin, Texas, personality Bob Pickett. Carson also serves as the executive producer for artist Jim Brickman’s long running show, “Your Weekend," distributed to AC and hot AC formats by Cumulus Media. Prior to his almost nine years with Debut Broadcasting, Carson worked at Huntsman Entertainment, Honest Entertainment and TNN Radio. Additional programming is planned for Yellow Drum Media, which offers such services as script writing, weekly show production, VO Talent, radio specials and ISDN radio tours.
