Citadel's budget-cutting blitz hits L.A.
Peter Tilden's been through the mill several times now in L.A. radio (he lost his morning gig when Emmis blew up country KZLA/93.9). This time he's out as the overnight talkhost on KABC (790). Also gone from the Citadel cluster: Tilden's producer, Mike Rafferty, Saturday evening host Mark Isler, KLOS promotion director C.W. West, engineer Larry Reed, KABC assistant PD Bernard Pendergrass, and Larry Elder Show assistant produer Sarah Bohm. Read Gary Lycan's Orange County Register column here.
