CJDV Ontario stays "Dave FM" but becomes a Rocker

In Canada, another change at a Corus station, as “107.5 Dave FM” CJDV in Kitchener, Ontario flips to Rock today. The previous adult hits format goes bye-bye, and the station is now calling itself “Tri-Cities Best Rock” but keeps the Dave moniker. Heavy on teh ‘80s rock titles, a recent hour of music went like this: AC/DC, “Big Jack,” Diesel “Sausalito Summernight,” Poison, “Every Rose Has Its Thorn,” Prism, “Spaceship Superstar,” Blondie, “Call Me,” Sam Roberts, ‘Where Have All The Good People Gone,” David Lee Roth, “Just Like Paradise,” ZZ Top, “Cheap Sunglasses,” Lenny Kravitz, “Fly Away,” Smithereens, “A Girl Like You,” Rolling Stones, “Start Me Up,” and The Tragically Hip, “Ahead By A Century.” Check out the new station website here: The Canadian Boards have started talking about it here:
