Could Carson Daly be the voice of "The Voice"?
NBC wants to have its own version of American Idol, and they are looking for a host for the show they plan to call "The Voice." Perez Hilton.com says the person they're in negotiations with is current KAMP-FM (97.1) "Amp Radio", Los Angeles morning host Carson Daly. Based on a hit TV show in Holland, "The Voice" will feature four mentors who each form a team of singers that they will coach and mentor for the full season. Contestants on all teams will one-by-one be eliminated until each coach only has one team member left. The final four singers will compete in the finals with the winner being named "The Voice" in a live season finale. Previous and Next Stories
