Crowd-sourced programming at Dial Global gets input from Jacobs Media, Joel Salkowitz
Dial Global parent Triton Media has a new multi-level relationship with Jelli, which has developed strategies for stations to let listeners drive the music programming for specific hours, while holding online conversations in a social networking context. The offerings from Dial Global launch in January and can work with any daypart across a number of formats. The Jacobs Media consultancy will work with Dial Global on developing suitable content for rock formats using Jelli. CHR consultant and major market programmer Joel Salkowitz will do the same for that format.
