The call letters for “KLIF-FM” were reserved by Cumulus Media Partners on Monday, it turns out. Its KDBN, Haltom City, TX (93.3) is suddenly the focus of many format rumors. Radio-Info hears the on-air stunting has touched on smooth jazz (long missing in the market), classic country, CHR and talk, via airchecks of sister KLIF/1190. KDBN dropped its “Bone” classic rock stance for its most recent adult alternative format only in April.
