Danny Bortnick will become GSM of CBS Radio's "All-News 99.1" in D.C.
Bortnick worked for CBS Radio previously in New York City, where he was the LSM for AC "Fresh 102.7" WWFS-FM and CHR "92.3 Now FM" WXRK. He had also worked in sales and was
Interactive Sales Manager for all-news "1010 WINS." He was also once the director of sales for Salem Communications in New York City. His father is Chuck Bortnick, the former Metro Networks executive and current regional exec for Cumulus.
