Detroit's all-news WWJ promotes Rob Davidek to PD
“WWJ NewsRadio 950” has increased the duties of news director Rob Davidek, adding program director duties to his responsibilities. Michiguide.com reports the comments from Davidek commented: “I'm excited about what the future holds for not only Michigan, but also Michigan’s only all-News radio station.” WWJ is one of the oldest station around, tracing its roots back 90 years. Davidek, who has been with WWJ since 1993, assumes the duties of Georgeann Herbert, who left the station earlier this year.
