Detroit's Drew & Mike show is back together, and back on WRIF (101.1)
Greater Media pulls off one of the surprise entertainment pairings since “Dancing with the Stars”, by re-uniting long-absent Drew Lane with his 17-year partner Mike Clark. Drew’s been off the air since September 2007, first to care for his cancer-stricken fiancee, then because he didn’t want to continue doing morning drive radio. Mike Clark led the reconstituted “Mike in the Morning” show and has continued to keep WRIF’s #1 ranking with adults 25-54. But Greater Media market manager John Gallagher now has has the pleasure of announcing the re-forming of his hit morning show team, with Drew Lane returning on July 13. Note the time of the new Drew & Mike – starting at 6am and not ending until 10:30am. Discuss it here:
