Detroit's WDTW-FM (106.7) night DJ severely injured in a car crash
Police report that Jevon Hollywood, the Beat's overnight host, was struck by a car early Thursday morning. According to WDIV-TV, Hollywood was walking along Seven Mile Road when he was hit. He was rushed to a nearby hospital in serious condition. Police report Hollywood may have stepped into the vehicle's path. Darkness and the rain may have played a factor in the accident.
