Don Imus re-enters the Cincinnati market after nearly a decade
That's according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. Our Cincinnati Board of Radio-Info.com picks up the news about morning man Don Imus joining Alchemy Broadcasting’s oldies WDJO (1480), and the quote from ops manager Rodger Kauffmann – “it’s an election year, and Imus has really good guests.” The Enquirer’s John Kiesewetter recalls that Imus was “heard on the old WBOB until 2000, and briefly on WPFB in 2002.” The addition of Imus makes the WDJO schedule look like this – Ted McAllister (9am-noon). Marty Thompson (noon-3pm). “Dr. Boogie” Jack Stahl (3-6pm). And Rodger K. (that’s Mr. Kauffmann) from 6-9pm.
