Entravision’s CEO and COO will make up to $1.5 million a year in salary/bonus
CEO Walter Ulloa and COO Philip Wilkinson get identical deals. Their base salary is $767,000, and each is eligible for a bonus of up to 100% of that, for a potential total of $1,534,000. Beyond that, each executive is eligible for grants of stock options, restricted stock and other incentives and rewards. If either executive is terminated without cause they get twice the yearly salary “plus his average annual bonus for the three years preceding such termination.” It's quite a different story if they’re terminated “for cause”: “all payments shall cease, except for base salary to the extent already accrued.” The Entravision shareholders also approved what’s coming to be the standard for shareholder review of executive compensation. They will vote on it every three years. Entravision trades under the symbol "EVC."
