Facebook: Listen To Your Friends' Music Too
The biggest social network company in the world will soon allow you to eavesdrop on your friends' music playlist, all through real-time, and even allow you to comment on it through the Facebook chat feature. This new attribute will be introduced in the next few weeks, according to Facebook’s product designer Alexandre Roche. In his official blog, Roche explains that the user will be able to pull up the chat sidebar, find the new music that will be next to your friends chatting, and simply click to listen to their music through Spotify. Turntable.fm has a similar feature and Facebook took notice. Co-founder Billy Chasen told Business Insider, "I'm flattered Facebook was inspired by turntable.fm and created a listen together feature. I look forward to seeing how they interpret what social music means.”
