FCC forms update – no filing for 323 Ownership report, for now

Good news—if you are a licensee who was supposed to file a Form 323 ownership report between now and November 1 – you don’t have to. The FCC is suspending the requirement, because it’s creating an expanded form that will ask about ownership in much more detail – and every AM, FM, TV, low power TV and Class A television facility will have to file that form on the same date, November 1. After that, it will be due every two years, with information current as of October 1. Read the FCC’s Order about filing Form 323s here.
