FCC releases AM-daytimer rules for early Daylight Savings Time
With Daylight Savings Time coming a month early again this year - on March 9 - the FCC releases a public notice that should clear up the questions. It's notifying all AM stations in DST communities which operate with Presunrise Service Authorizations and Postsunset Service Authorizations that they should use the April DST "advanced" powers and time periods, for the period between March 9 and March 31, 2008. Read the notice here.
