About two hours drive up the Hudson River, Clear Channel is ceasing the simulcast of WRWD-FM (107.3) on WKIP-FM (99.3), and will debut talk on FM in the market with “News/Talk 99.3.” WKIP-FM is expected to carry their sister-station talk format from WKIP-AM (1450), which includes the syndicated Glenn Beck, Don Imus and Mark Levin.
