Former KBWF, San Francisco PD Mike Krinik Joins EMI Records
Former country KBWF (95.7 The Wolf) San Francisco PD Mike Krinik is returning to the record business, joining EMI Records Nashville as regional director of Northeast promotion, effective July 11. Krinik was displaced when The Wolf flipped to an all-sports format in April, although he has remained on staff at parent company Entercom since then. In his new position, he will be based in Nashville.Krinik had programmed the Wolf since January 2010, following previous stints as regional director of West coast promotion at Capitol Records Nashville (2005-2009) and PD at Entercom's country WGGY (Froggy) Scranton, Pa. (1997-2005).
