Fox Sports Radio adds Stephen A. Smith as a talk show host & contributor
The native of Queens, New York made his name as a newspaper writer and on the radio with ESPN. He start a new venture on January 4 with Fox Sports Radio, hosting his own daily show. Stephen A. Smith once held the midday slot on New York City’s WEPN-AM (1050) and had his own national show with ESPN before leaving the sports network earlier this year. Smith is expected to host a midday show, as well as provide commentary and analysis as a guest on other shows. Says Smith, “I've thoroughly missed being on the airwaves expressing myself … Buckle up and let’s get this party started!”
