"Glee" pics get a Detroit DJ in legal trouble
There was nothing illegal about Detroit's WKQI-FM (95.5) morning co-host Spike going to Los Angeles to cover the Grammy Awards. However, Paramount Pictures has a beef with him after he wandered onto the set of the hit TV show and snapped some pictures following a Paramount Grammy party. After Spike posted those pics online, including a shot of himself laying in the bed used by Glee star Lea Michelle character Rachel, Spike received a cease & desist notice from Paramount lawyers. The Detroit Free Press reports the pictures were posted on the "Mojo in the Morning" website, but they have since been removed. You can read the legal notice sent by Paramount's lawyers saying the "Mojo" co-host is "reproducing and distributing unauthorized photographs of the Glee set taken by
Mr. Spike" here.Previous and Next Stories
