Glenn Beck claims his family was harassed at a New York City event
They went for a night out in Manhattan, to see Alfred Hitchcock's movie "39 Steps" in Bryant Park, but what was surreal to syndicated talk host Glenn Beck was the reception he claims he and his family were subjected to, in "a hostile situation." Beck discussed the events of the prior night on his talk show, saying his wife had wine "intentionally kicked on her back," and his wife and daughter were confronted by a man who said "we hate conservatives here." Beck says on his national radio show, "If I had suggested -- and I almost did -- wow, does anybody have a rope? Because there's a tree here. You could just lynch me. And I think there would've been a couple in the crowd that would've!" There is no word if Beck or his family issued any formal complaint to the New York City Police Department. You can hear Beck discuss his night out in New York City here.
