Glenn Beck compares Norway's murdered camp kids to "Hitler Youth"
Certainly no stranger to controversy, syndicated talk radio host Glenn Beck draws a parallel between the children killed during the recent massacre in Norway, and the Hitler Youth movement during World War II. Beck said on his show, "As the thing started to unfold and there was a shooting at a political camp, which sounds a little like the Hitler Youth. Who does a camp for kids that's all about politics? Disturbing." A number of groups and organizations have already come out against Beck's remarks, including Jewish groups, spokespeople for Norway politicians and anti-gun violence groups. The Coalition to Stop Gun Violence called Beck's comments, "absolutely disgusting." At least 85 people were killed in two separate terror attacks allegedly committed by Anders Behring Breivik, including at a summer youth camp sponsored by the government's Labor Party.
