HD Radio to be available in Toyota's best-selling Camry
Technology developer iBiquity has been trying to widen its reach among Japanese carmakers, and at the January CES in Las Vegas it announced that HD Radio technology was part of the new Toyota Entune system. That infotainment system keys on a driver's smartphone or media player. Today's announcement goes further, saying that "Toyota will be offering HD Radio technology with the popular iTunes Tagging feature in their 2012 Camry model." Those models will be reaching dealer showrooms this Fall. Read the iBiquity release here.
