Here’s what Dial Global’s three co-CEOs will be making
From today's TRI Newsletter: Spencer Brown, David Landau and Ken Williams pulled off the Westwood One merger earlier this year and now they're getting their new employment agreements. They start off with four-year terms, renewable in two-year stretches. They will each have a base salary of $600,000, with a bonus of $250,000 on December 31 of this year, and discretionary bonuses in the following years of at least 50% of current salary. The board also gives Brown, Landau and Williams options to buy 1,637,125 shares of the stock that now trades as “DIAL.”
