How "Kool" is this – Northeastern GA's WDUN will simulcast talk on "Kool 102.9"
Jacobs Media Corporation-owned WDUN-AM (550) in Gainesville, Georgia is preparing to simulcast its talk format on sister-station WMJE-FM (102.9), flipping “Kool-FM” to talk as soon as next week. While the station continues to play oldies music for now, the WDUN talk format is coming soon. It consists of Bill, Joel & Rebecca in mornings, then Al Gainey until 10am, followed by the syndicated Laura Ingraham 10am-1pm and Dave Ramsey from 1-3pm. Mike Gallagher is 3pm-6pm, then there’s a replay of Atlanta’s Fox-5 TV news from 6-7pm. Jason Lewis 7pm-10pm and Tom Sullivan from 10pm-1am round out the schedule. While the WMJE website says it’s “under construction,” their audio stream has all of the changes here.
