Hubbard, about to buy 17 Bonneville stations, names new CFO
The new Executive VP/CFO of Hubbard Radio will be Dave Bestler, the current VP/GM of Hubbard's Minneapolis-St. Paul-market hot AC "KS95" KSTP-FM and classic country WIXK (1590). Hubbard says he "played a key role in the recent agreement to acquire Bonneville International's radio stations in Chicago, Washington, D.C. and Cincinnati." Hubbard Radio Chair Ginny Morris says "Dave's background is perfect for this job", since he's previously been a Controller, sales manager and GM at KS95.
Dan Seeman will succeed Dave Bestler, taking the expanded role and title o VP/Market Manager for the Twin Cities cluster. Seeman is the current manager of "myTalk 107.1" KTMY, "1500 ESPN" KSTP-AM and the Hubbard Radio Network. He'll now add oversight of KS95 and "Real Country" WIXK. Both Seeman and Dave Bestler will begin their new roles when Hubbard Radio closes on the Bonneville stations - now expected to be around May 1.
