In Seattle, Bonneville's KIRO AM & FM both add new talk talent
On KIRO-AM "ESPN 710," longtime sports talk host Bob Stelton will join Dave Grosby as co-host of the 12pm-3pm time slot. Stelton, who is no stranger to the Sea-Tac area, leaves Bonneville all-sports sister station WXOS-FM (101.1) in St. Louis, and has previously worked in Chicago and Los Angeles. On the FM side, talk KIRO-FM adds John Curley for evenings, 7pm-10pm. Curley hosted KING-TV's "Evening Magazine" for 14 years. Bonneville Seattle Operations Manager Ryan Hatch says, "John’s passionate about the news, an amazing storyteller and the ultimate entertainer." Curley, who is also currently an elected official as city councilman in Sammamish, Washington, will debut his new show tonight (2/16).
