Internet Radio's CyberStationUSA adds real-time video linking hosts & listeners
Boston based Cameo Entertainment Group, the parent company of Internet radio’s CyberStationUSA.com, announced it will add real-time video to their radio experience. CyberstationUSA Senior EVP Jeremy F. Lacey says the video access will allow “users to interface with one another utilizing real-time video and audio technology,” and adds “Users will be able to not only listen to top quality radio programming, at their discretion, but will also be able to video-conference in real time with the broadcasters.” The new venture, slated to begin operation in the next few days, merges Utah-based WorldVuer’s proprietary Video Interactive Portal technology into the talk programming of CyberstationUSA.com, giving the 24/7 Internet radio station the ability to allow hosts and listeners to see and hear one another in real time. In addition, Lacey tells Radio-Info.com that CyberStationUSA.com has become the first exclusive online station to receive permission from the White House to broadcast President Barack Obama’s Weekly Radio Address. You can listen to CyberStationUSA, and see and hear their programming here.
