It's a new crew for Eastern North Carolina's rock WRMR-FM (98.7)
Jacksonville's modern rock WRMR-FM (98.7) has made a number of changes, including middays, afternoons, evenings, and even a new website. "Coastal Carolina's Modern Rock," near Camp Lejeune and Wilmington, North Carolina, is bringing in Bill Fitzpatrick from New York City. He was heard on WXRK-HD2, the HD channel for CBS Radio's "92.3 Now-FM", and was also a morning show producer in the Big Apple. Along with new 2-7pm host Fitzpatrick, WRMR is adding former Coastal Carolina WBNE-FM (103.7) PD/afternoon host Zach Vaughn for evenings 7pm-12am. He will also be music director and put together the nightly "Local Lounge" show, which features local bands. Dan Binder, the OM for Sunrise Broadcasting, will take over middays, starting July 5. While the new website is still under construction, you can still listen to "Coastal Carolina's Modern Rock" here.
