It's Christmas in Florida, Texas, Minnesota and Washington, DC
In the state capital of Florida, WQTL-FM (106.1) has gone from "Tallahassee's Oldies Station" to playing Christmas songs with an oldies theme, including the Ronettes' "Frosty The Snowman" and Brenda Lee's "Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree." Down I-10 in Panama City, Clear Channel's WFSY-FM "Sunny" (98.5) has dropped AC music for holiday songs - Discuss it. In Austin, the state capital of Texas, Entercom's AC KKMJ-FM "Majic" (95.5) has added snowflakes to their website and holiday somgs on the air. Down the highway in Dallas, CBS Radio has flipped AC KVIL-FM (103.7) "Lite-FM" to Christmas music. In Minneapolis, CBS Radio's AC KLTE-FM (102.9) "Lite FM" is now decked out in Christmas colors. As expected, Washington, DC's WASH-FM (97.1) is now playing Christmas songs, making the flip on Friday morning.
