"Jammin' 107.5" in Portland, Oregon is now "Wild"
The new promotional campaign centers around “Party Hits.” Clear Channel’s KXJM has been rhythmic “Jammin'” since May 2008, which replaced the rhythmic AC “Movin'” format. Oregon Media Central reported the Wednesday morning change at 107.5 and says it was announced in a promo just after LMFAO’s “La La La” – which contains the line about a heart that “went wild.” Now KXJM is featuring “Party Hits.” In the latest January PPMs for Portland, KXJM was tied for 14th place in age 6+ AQH share rankings. The CHR/Rhythmic/Hip-Hop Format Board of Radio-Info talks about “Jammin'”, here.
