Jerry Dean Exits Entercom Memphis
Radio-Info.com has learned that Jerry Dean, PD of AC WRVR “104.5 the River” Memphis, has exited. Dean was also the OM for the entire Entercom cluster. Dean posted on his facebook page:
“It was with a heavy heart that I cleaned out my office and left the Entercom building for the final time today. I can't even begin to tell you what great memories I have of the past 11 yrs. It was a real honor to work every day with such a terrific group of people. You'll never know how much Deanna and I appreciate the outpouring of love and well wishes we have received in the past couple of days. I am proud of what we accomplished with WRVR, KQK and back in the day with The Buzz. No one can know what the future holds but a piece of my heart will always be with Entercom and I thank you for giving me some wonderful memories that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Continued success, Jerry.”
