Larry Gifford to program Bonneville's KIRO-FM and "The Truth" in Seattle
The former program director for ESPN Radio Network re-locates to Seattle, to succeed Ryan Hatch as the PD for Bonneville's two spoken-word services. Gifford will program news/talk KIRO-FM (97.3) and conservative talk "Truth" KTTH (770). Bonneville's Seattle market manager Carl Gardner says “We’re breaking new ground in Seattle, redefining news and talk for a new generation of radio and digital audiences. Larry’s skills and interests are a perfect fit for where we are in our evolution.” Gardner praises Gifford as a "talent-focused leader." He'll take up the job in Seattle starting May 2.
