LA's KYSR-FM promotes Darren Rose and hires Natalie Eshaya
Clear Channel's Los Angeles alternative KYSR-FM (98.7) has promoted morning show co-host and producer Darren Rose to Music Director, and also moved him to afternoon drive. To replace Rose in the morning slot, Natalie Eshaya is added as morning producer. She will also be Asst. Music Director. KYSR PD Julie Pilat says, "Darren has been one of the core members of Team 98-7fm since we flipped Alternative. He has a great gut for the format and ear for the music, along with solid promotion/marketing instincts." Eshaya has been with Clear Channel in Los Angeles for the past 10 years, including time with CHR KIIS-FM (102.7) as a producer, as well as being a part of the "On-Air with Ryan Seacrest" staff. She became Senior Producer of the local, national and American Top 40 programs in 2007.
