L.A.'s two CHRs finish #1 and #3 in the June PPMs
Clear Channel’s KIIS-FM stays #1, going 5.8-6.1-5.9 since the April book. CBS challenger “Amp 97.1” KAMP-FM grows 3.7-3.7-3.0, pushing past talk KFI for third place. But CC’s adult contemporary KOST is slipping, 4.4-4.1-3.7. The modern rock race remains tight, with Clear Channel’s KYSR posting its best PPM share ever at a 3.6, just ahead of KROQ (3.5). Check all the first-day June PPM markets – New York, L.A., Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C. and more – on the ratings page of Radio-Info, here.
