Lee Larsen retires, Pat Connor promoted to oversee Clear Channel-Denver
Connor's promotion from Director of Sales to President/Market Manager comes as longtime programmer and market manager Lee Larsen announces his retirement. Connor has been with Clear Channel-owned KOA-AM (850) for 25 years, starting out as an intern and working his way up the ladder. Along with KOA, Connor will oversee KTCL (93.3 FM), KPTT (95.7 FM), KBCO (97.3 FM), KRFX (103.5 FM), KBPI (106.7 FM), KHOW (630 AM) and KKZN (760 AM). Clear Channel Western Region EVP/Operations Susan Karis says Connor has "worked his way up the organization by excelling in every role he has taken on, while also being very active in the Denver community." Connor takes over starting January 1, 2011.
