New York City’s WHTZ-FM (100.3) night host Joe Rosati is moving to Detroit, joining Clear Channel sister-station “Amp 106.7” WDTW for on-air duties, and WKQI-FM (95.5) for imaging … Following 13 years with Clear Channel, Bob Scott moves to CBS-owned KTWV-FM (94.7) “The Wave” as GSM, says LARadio.com … On the East Coast, Greater Media in Philadelphia names Jake McCann as GSM of their new AM/FM sports simulcast, “Fanatic” WPEN (950) and WNUW (97.5) … Big Bill Love, who got his start in radio when Eisenhower was President, has “semi-retired” and is no longer holding down middays on WKDQ-FM (99.5) in Evansville, Indiana … Radio-Info’s Orlando board is talking about Eustis, Florida’s WKIQ-AM (1240), back on the air and running Sporting News Radio – Discuss it … Monroe, Louisiana’s KEDM-FM (90.3) names former KNOE-FM (101.9) PD Bob Lenox as their news and public affairs director … Long Island, New York’s WMJC-FM (94.3) is banning any song with the word “Angel” in it (Madonna’s “Angel” & “Angel” by Aerosmith among others) – while their beloved Yankees play the baseball Angels in the American league playoffs.
