Nash is still not sure whether he resigned or was fired from Citadel’s talk WGOW-FM, Chattanooga (102.3) – but the Chattanoogan says he and the station did part ways on Friday morning … The Washington Times and the Talk Radio Network’s “America’s Morning News” surpasses the 75-affiliate mark, adding Tucson, Arizona’s “Truth” KQTH-FM (104.1) as well as WLVJ-AM (1040) in Boynton Beach, Florida … Ontario, California’s KSPA-AM (1510) & Pittsburgh’s KQV-AM (1410) are the latest of the 31 new affiliates the syndicated Laura Ingraham has added this year … Werner Poegel is named the new GM of Central Broadcasting Company’s WPKZ-AM/FM (1280 & 105.3) in Fitchburg, Massachusetts … Former Trenton, NJ WKXW-FM (101.5) talk host Tommy G, cut loose over budget cuts, will be awarded the 2010 National 911 Hero Recognition Award for urging his listeners to find a missing elderly man during a sub-freezing winter night. A bus driver listening to his show heard the reports and found the man wandering near a highway … KAUS-FM (99.9) morning co-host Scott Fuller in Austin, Minnesota checks in with Radio-Info, saying he is now Program Director/Online Content Manager for “U.S. Country 99.”
