Making Moves in Sports

Clear Channel’s WSAI-AM (1360) Cincinnati may be making moves from ESPN to Fox Sports. The “Fox Sports 1360” website bears a striking resemblance to the “ESPN 1360” website – Discuss it … In Wausau, Wisconsin, Sunrise Broadcasting-owned WXCO-AM (1230) is now simulcasting their ESPN programming on their new sister-station, 25,000-watt WDTX-FM (100.5) … Calling it a “one-shot deal,” former New York City WFAN-AM (660) midday host Sid Rosenberg will host a show Saturday afternoon from South Florida on “The Fan” … Dothan, Alabama’s Wiregrass Media-owned WOOF-AM (560) will simulcast on their W261AT (100.1) translator, giving them an FM presence – Discuss it … In Warner Robins, Georgia, WNNG-FM (99.9) drops their simulcast of talk WRWR-AM and flips to sports as “99.9 ESPN.”
